Breakfast Burrito

Today I played Kitchen Scavenger hunt and found:

1 large flour tortilla

3lbs shredded cheddar cheese from my mother's last trip to Sam's Club

a can of black beans

and hardly enough salsa to cover a bowl of chips

So, with the help of our ever-present carton of eggs, I decided to make a breakfast burrito.

It's not exactly the prettiest thing in the world, but it was delicious. I think the eggs, because of all the juice that was in the black beans, looks like ground beef. I also melted some cheese directly onto the tortilla, which was nice and gooey to bite into... mmm, yay breakfast!

These are the first burgers I ever made (or at least one of them.) Isn't it delicious looking? I was very proud of myself, though the cooking left a largish mess in the kitchen. My reward for cooking? Not cleaning that mess ^.^
